Dear Emaldo Customer,
We want to inform you about a temporary server issue that occurred during the night of March 30-31. This issue briefly caused alarms to appear on some units and, in a few cases, triggered reset mode.
Please be assured that this was not caused by any fault in the units themselves, but by a server-side disruption. Our software team quickly identified the root cause and resolved the issue within an hour. All systems are now fully operational, and no further action is required on your part.
At Emaldo®, we are committed to delivering the highest standards of performance and reliability. However, while we strive for that every day, we also believe in openly addressing challenges when they arise.
Two areas currently under development are:
State of Charge (SOC) Accuracy: We are aware of inconsistencies in how SOC battery data is displayed and are actively improving its precision.
PV Production for Own Consumption: We've received valuable feedback from customers requesting more flexibility in how PV production is prioritized — specifically, using it for household consumption before battery charging. This feature is now being worked on and will be introduced soon.
Beyond these, we are continuously working to enhance system stability, data accuracy, and overall performance. As both the market and technology evolve, so will our solutions — including updates for systems already installed.
Continuous improvement is at the heart of our mission, and we sincerely thank you for your patience, feedback, and ongoing trust.
Warm regards,
The Emaldo Team
