Your Grid Rewards are at risk — submit your meter IDs now

Your Grid Rewards Are Currently Paused

As of 1st June 2026, Grid Rewards payments have been paused for customers who have not yet submitted their meter IDs.

To restart your Grid Rewards, please submit your Meter ID Consumption and Meter ID Production in the Emaldo app. Once your IDs have been added and verified, your Grid Rewards participation will be reactivated.

Any Grid Rewards already earned before the pause will still be paid as normal.

How to add them in the app

Please submit your IDs as soon as possible to ensure your Grid Rewards continue without interruption.

This is how you do it

  1. Open the Emaldo app
  2. Scroll down to Grid Rewards and tap forward
  3. Tap Meter ID
  4. Enter your Production ID and Consumption ID

 

Where can you find your IDs?

You will usually find your consumption and production ID on your electricity bill or in your electricity supplier’s online portal.

Please note, you will only have a production ID assigned by the grid operator if you have a solar system installed. If you do not have a solar system installed please enter '0' 18 times.

My Meter ID fields are already filled in, but incorrectly. How do I replace them with my correct Meter ID?
If a Meter ID is already displayed and needs to be changed, please contact help@emaldo.com for assistance in updating it to the correct Meter ID.

Did you enter 18 zeros as your Meter ID?
If you entered 18 0’s in place of a correct Meter ID Production, this is incorrect and your Grid Rewards will have been paused. You can read more about this here.

Where customer’s have entered 18 0’s incorrectly, we have tried to ensure the Meter ID Production field is cleared to allow the correct entry. If this hasn’t happened and the incorrect Meter ID Production is still displayed please contact help@emaldo.com for assistance in updating it to the correct Meter ID Production.
