Last Friday, Emaldo and Fairpris concluded a two month competition at the Fairpris HQ in Copenhagen.

The Fairpris sales team competed to sell the highest number of batteries while also maintaining a strong focus on customer alignment. This is something Fairpris and Emaldo work closely on, since we want to make it clear to customers that Emaldo is not just a battery, but a complete energy solution.


In relation to this, Philip Frydendal says:

“Because we are working, and have been working, closely with Emaldo, we are able to provide the best possible experience to our customers. The Emaldo solutions may not be easy for an end user to fully understand at first glance, but that must not stand in the way of the sales process. Our team is perfectly equipped to guide and explain in all directions about Emaldo, and this is possible because we have a strong relationship. This is a clear value to us at Fairpris.”

We have now been in this together for more than a year. Introducing a completely new and innovative solution to customers can be challenging, and to succeed we must trust each other. Only then can we give customers the very best, which is exactly what they deserve. We understand that our solutions, as Philip mentions above, naturally lead to questions from end users, and that is exactly where our partnership brings value, because there is no distance between us and Fairpris.

The competition shown in the video reminded both Emaldo and Fairpris employees that we should be proud of what we have achieved, and especially proud of the relationship we share.
