Ølstykke, Denmark – October 23rd 2025 - Emaldo ® have announced their acquisition of ZOE Nordic, a specialist sales and distribution company in Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Batter Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Founded in 2020, ZOE Nordics are the leading provider of ZOE Energy Storage Systems, a Tier 1 battery manufacturer offering unparalleled quality for businesses of all sizes. The acquisition strengthens Emaldo’s recent expansion into the C&I market, through the addition of a dedicated showroom in Orebro, Sweden and a team of experts in C&I BESS solutions.
The merger will provide current Emaldo and ZOE Nordic customers with an even more enhanced service with fully integrated solutions and strong global organisation which retains its local, expert, knowledge.

The acquisition of ZOE Nordics is accompanied by the news that Emaldo have signed a strategic partnership agreement with ZOE Energy Storage Group to become the exclusive provider of ZOE Storage solutions across Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Estonia – with the full suite of C&I solutions available.
